Talent Acquisition Specialist - AI & Product Engineering

Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is involved with building relationships globally with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, sourcing, pipelining and screening resumes for specialized skills, and conducting interviews using both structured and agile methods. The role includes collaborating with global leaders to forecast hiring requirements, managing candidate communication through ATS, crafting job postings, and identifying effective job advertising channels. Representing the company at recruitment events and providing support to the HR department are also key responsibilities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs.
- Source, pipeline and screen resumes to evaluate specialized skills and qualifications.
- Conduct interviews using various methodologies (e.g., structured, technical assessments, behavioral questions).
- Drive recruitment initiatives that significantly impact workforce quality and organizational performance.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to anticipate departmental goals and create targeted hiring strategies.
- Proactively source, pipeline, and assess resumes to identify candidates with specialized skills.
- Conduct structured interviews using various methodologies to select top-tier talent.
- Establish clear timelines and objectives with hiring managers for a streamlined recruitment process.
- Utilize advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to effectively engage with candidates.
- Craft compelling job postings that reflect role requirements and company culture.
- Identify optimal channels for promoting job openings, including professional associations and social media.
- Represent the company at external recruitment events to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage applicant responses and coordinate interview schedules for a seamless experience.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews while providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support HR initiatives and collaborate on various projects to enhance HR strategy effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in global recruiting, with a focus on demonstrated success.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Greenhouse and UKG Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Experience in building and maintaining a positive employer brand.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

- Demonstrated success in global recruiting, particularly within the software or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in global recruitment or managing international hiring processes in EMEA and APAC.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
