Relationship Banker

Job Summary This role engages clients in the lobby, educates and assists them with self‑service banking transactions such as mobile, online, and ATM, while processing cash transactions efficiently and ensuring a smooth client experience. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet their financial needs. Process cash and other transactions accurately and efficiently. Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their financial priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions. Follow established processes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements in daily operations. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls. Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence. Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Drive the overall client experience. Qualifications Enthusiastic, self‑starter with a strong work ethic focused on results. Effective collaborator and relationship builder. Passionate about improving clients’ financial lives and confident in presenting solutions. Strong communication skills and comfort engaging all clients. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Educated clients on self‑service banking transactions (ATM, online, mobile). Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs. Adherence to all applicable laws and regulations and daily processes. Efficient time and capacity management focused on results. Willingness to work weekends, extended hours, and travel to various financial centers. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. Minimum one year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience.
