Director, Enterprise AI Platform—Scale & Secure

BMO Harris Bank is seeking a Director of Enterprise AI Platform Engineering to own and operate the secure, governed platform infrastructure for enterprise AI workloads. You will lead a hands-on team delivering a federated AI Registry, policy-as-code, and robust observability while partnering with Security, Architecture, DevOps, and domain squads. You'll shape the governance model, drive scalability, and ensure regulatory defensibility from day one, including latency-aware gateway runtimes and #J-18808-Ljbffr BMO Harris Bank
