What You'll Do:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional smile
• Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls with ease
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for our agents
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and messages
• Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
• Be the friendly voice and face that sets the tone for our client experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling software)
