We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in the Akron Area. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable, expanding company that offers competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and a clean, team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Mills and Lathes to produce precision parts
- Perform machine setup , tooling changes, and offsets
- Edit and adjust CNC programs as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Conduct part inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Maintain quality and safety standards on the production floor
✅ Qualifications
- Machining certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience with CNC setup and operation required
- Programming experience is a plus
- Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
- Basic math and problem-solving abilities
- High School Diploma or GED
