Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a contract opportunity in Bonita Springs, FL. This role is ideal for an IT support professional who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting business users, and delivering a high-quality employee experience across applications, desktops, mobile devices, and internal systems.

As the Service Desk Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between employees and the IT organization, providing first-level technical support through phone, email, chat, and self-service tickets. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative service desk environment that values clear communication, teamwork, responsive support, and continuous learning. This is a strong opportunity to contribute to a professional IT team while supporting users across North America, including senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support for proprietary applications, infrastructure, desktops, mobile devices, and standard business systems.
- Troubleshoot application, hardware, software, computer, and mobile technology issues through phone, email, chat, and ticketing channels.
- Open, update, escalate, resolve, and close support tickets in accordance with internal Service Level Agreement requirements.
- Analyze user needs, ask effective probing questions, identify root causes, and deliver complete solutions whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate documentation for support issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalations.
- Participate in Business Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing to better understand new system developments and enhancements.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $20.00 to $24.50 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Bonita Springs, FL.
