Crisis Mental Health Clinician - Emergency Services

United Counseling Service of Bennington County, a nonprofit community mental health agency, is seeking an Emergency Clinician to provide crisis assessment, intervention, and short‑term stabilization for children, adults, and families across Bennington County. In this mission‑driven, client‑centered role, you will evaluate risk, develop safety plans, and coordinate immediate care in clinic, community, and telehealth settings. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will partner with psychiatrists, medical providers, schools, hospitals, and law enforcement to connect clients to ongoing services.
