Resident Care AideWe are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Aide to join our team.Resident Care Aide ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with memory impairment in completing daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining their dignity and promoting independence.Ensure compliance with and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights.Maintain accurate documentation and records of resident care.Immediately report changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor, including signs of illness, behavioral changes, unmet personal care needs, medication concerns, or unknown resident whereabouts.Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities.Resident Care Aide Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate preferred.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred, or as required by law.One year of experience working in a caregiving capacity preferred.Compassion for and a genuine desire to work with older adults required.Company OverviewPeregrine Senior Living is recognized for its innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for older adults.
