Sr Document Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Shift: 2nd Shift (Tues – Sat, 3 pm to 12 am). Shift differential pay: $1.75/hour. The Senior Document Production Associate is responsible for providing word processing and document production services for clients. Responsibilities Perform document production work according to established policies and procedures. Thoroughly assess job requests, identify correct processes needed to produce documents, and ensure appropriate completion throughout the task lifecycle. Exercise independent judgment, use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction. Demonstrate intermediate to advanced use of equipment, technology, software and hardware necessary for job functions. Assist with coordination of document production services, preparation, intake and workflow within the team. Diagnose and troubleshoot more complex software or hardware problems. Maintain logs and/or tracking software for all assigned work. Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing and delivering all work. Communicate with peers, supervisor or client on job or deadline issues. Help foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with clients. Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information. Perform quality assurance on others’ work. Train junior staff members. Assist peer teams with proofreading, design or other document production and preview tasks as needed. Complete other tasks and assignments assigned by management. Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically. Adhere to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policies. Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; higher level education preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment. Experience in document production, word processing preferred. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills. Competence with other software programs for editing and creating documents. Knowledge of a legal timekeeping or job tracking system is preferred. Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment, both independently and collaboratively. Ability to prioritize work, balance projects and meet deadlines timely. Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills and emphasis on accuracy and quality. Experience handling sensitive and/or confidential documents and information. Ability to make independent decisions aligning with business needs and policy. Capacity to troubleshoot complex tasks, equipment, or software concerns and know when to escalation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette. Self‑motivated with a positive can‑do attitude. Proven customer service skills required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships. Ability to interact effectively with multi‑functional and diverse backgrounds. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $17.74 to $24.47 per hour. Pay structures are based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills and shift. Total compensation may include overtime, shift differential, call‑in and standby pay.
