Nurses at Windom Area Health are well rounded, and provide care to our inpatient, ER, and OB departments. Work with patients/families and providers to develop and carry out plans of care, while communicating to increase understanding and collaboration. Work with your team of fellow RNs, LPNs, and Health Unit Coordinators to provide safe, competent, and effective patient care. New grads welcome to apply, we will train. Position includes working every third weekend and holiday. 12 hour shifts on the weekends, choice of 8 or 12 hour shifts during the week. Occasional ambulance transfers required. BLS, ACLS required. We will work with employees to obtain their NRP, and either TNCC or CALS.
