Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of AP function, including collection of invoices, employee expenses, inputting data into the system, printing checks, and mailing out checks. Responsible for allocating expenses to different departments. Responsible for reconciling AP to itself and to the General Ledger. Responsible for answering questions from vendors. Responsible for collecting data about department expenses. Responsible for backing up others in the department. Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head. Other duties as assigned. Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals. Qualifications: Associate's degree in accounting preferred 5+ years' experience working with Fixed Assets Good organizational skills Good communications skills Experience with Microsoft products Benchmark Human Services is an EOE/AAP Employer.
