Senior Network Analyst

Owning the visibility layer for the Center of Excellence network, the full-time remote Senior Provider Network Analyst will monitor network performance, design reports and dashboards, and conduct access analysis to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery for clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Monitor and maintain the health of the Center of Excellence network, tracking key performance and quality metrics Design and produce recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders using Databricks, Python, and SQL Identify trends, risks, and performance issues in the network, proactively communicating them to relevant stakeholders Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or network/operations analytics, preferably in healthcare or employer benefits Strong data visualization skills with experience in Power BI, Databricks BI, or similar tools Proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation, along with experience in Databricks and advanced Google Sheets Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end reporting workflows and establish standards for reporting Experience in creating executive-ready summaries and presentations, with a detail-oriented mindset focused on data accuracy
