We’re Hiring! Sales Development & Marketing Operations Associate | AquaTrax Solutions

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people, generating leads, building relationships, and turning opportunities into sales?

AquaTrax Solutions is looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to help us grow our AI-powered water conservation and utility technology business.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound prospecting to municipal water utilities and water districts.
• Generate qualified leads and secure product demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects, manage opportunities, and help close new customer contracts.
• Manage marketing-generated leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline in HubSpot.
• Work with HubSpot CRM, lead scoring, email sequences, campaigns, and lead nurturing.
• Track sales activities, campaign performance, demos, and conversions.
• Collaborate with our team to develop new sales opportunities and grow our customer base.

Who Should Apply?

• Interns, recent graduates, or candidates with 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in making cold calls.
• Interest in sales, business development, SaaS, or marketing automation.
• HubSpot experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and eager to achieve results.

Compensation: Hourly pay + performance-based sales commission.
