Position Summary:

The Volunteer Coordinator leads and administers all aspects of the volunteer program including: recruitment, orientation, retention and management of volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact effectively with staff and volunteers to optimize volunteer program
• Actively recruit volunteers through outreach methods
• Onboard all new volunteers
• Organize and maintain volunteer database and schedules
• Monitor volunteer vehicle permits and ID badges
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills:

• AA degree and two years work experience in HR, employee supervision, education or related field
• Understanding of volunteer program or staffing coordination
• Able to work with multiple departments to coordinate program needs
• Valid Driver's License

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8a - 4p) *Starting ASAP until October

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

** WEEKLY PAY **

** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **
