As an assistant practice manager, you'll play a key role in positive patient experiences by supporting customer service and daily operations with the practice manager.

About the Role:

As an assistant practice manager at Neighborhood, you'll manage people, processes, and support compliance. You'll collaborate across departments and support the development of a staff that consistently has kind and welcoming interactions with patients. Responsibilities include:

• Manages site-level customer service and front desk staff
• Supports training of front desk staff on workflows, procedures, and customer service
• Manages front desk metrics for the site, monitors front desk data collection and holds staff accountable to workflows
• Conducts rounds of the site and collaborates with departments for a smooth flow of day
• Collaborates across the site to optimize the flow of the day, including addressing patient or staff concerns
• Performs provider schedule audits to identify and correct scheduling errors
• Manages huddle sheet and runs the daily site huddle when needed

You will primarily work at Blasdell and travel to other Neighborhood locations as needed.

Education and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years of experience preferred

What We Offer:

Compensation: $68,000 - 82,000 based on a full time, 40 hour work week

Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
