Overview Pay range $55-65 per hour but negotiable depending on experience. Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5k for part‑time. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care including scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants and fluoride under the general supervision of a dentist. Provide excellent customer service and look for opportunities to offer Same Day Care. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and needs of patients, review patients' medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary. Take x‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary. Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire). Benefits & Training Company‑provided certification trainings for CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide and other required certifications. Reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 per year for hygienists with one year of employment. Reimbursement for eligible training/testing expenses to obtain or renew certificates.
