**Required Experience and Licensure:** - Must have 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel assignments. - Must have 18 months of recent pediatric experience. - Experience in epilepsy monitoring and specialized care for all ages up to 25 years. - Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission. **Certifications:** - AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. - NIHSS certification is preferred. - Required certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission. **Skills:** - Experience with EKGs and inotropes. - EKG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation, with a requirement to score acceptably. **Additional Requirements:** - Must work at least every other holiday. - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required, from assignments worked in the past 12 months (no co-worker references). - Must be nicotine-free (except Nurses and CSTs temporarily exempt) – Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start, updated annually. **Preferred Experience:** - Trauma Level I or II, community hospital, LTAC, or charting system experience is not specified. **Testing and Assessments:** - PBDS Assessment is waived. - Travelers must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate, with two attempts allowed, or they will be canceled. **Compliance and Submissions:** - All RTO to be discussed during the interview and included at the time of submission. - Only one job submission within Cleveland Clinic Health System is allowed at a time. - BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing. - Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months; a 6-month break is required before returning unless approved by the client.
