This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-caliber engineering team building real-world multimodal AI systems that directly improve human lives. The company is combining computer vision, edge intelligence, and cloud-scale machine learning to automate complex workflows and generate actionable insights in healthcare environments.

What You'll Work On

• Design and deploy production-grade Vision-Language Model (VLM) pipelines
• Build multimodal systems that combine image, video, and text data
• Develop labeling, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks
• Optimize inference pipelines for performance, accuracy, and cost
• Collaborate closely with embedded, data, and product teams
• Help define the long-term AI roadmap and technical architecture

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of applied machine learning experience
• Deep expertise in Computer Vision and modern deep learning
• Direct experience with VLMs, multimodal models, or adjacent CV + LLM systems
• Strong Python and PyTorch skills
• Proven record of deploying ML systems into production
• Experience with edge devices, video, or spatiotemporal data is highly desirable
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus
