Family Self-Sufficiency Program Deputy Director — Lead & Impact

NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development

The NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development is seeking a Deputy Director for the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program within the Office of Housing Access and Stability. This leadership role oversees enrollment, ongoing participation, and strategy for a five‑year program that helps Section 8 participants achieve employment goals. You will lead a team of 2 team leaders and about 9 specialists, coordinate with CBOs, develop Individual Service Plans, ensure federal reporting, and #J-18808-Ljbffr NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development
