Responsibilities

Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify coverage gaps for potential and existing clients.

Develop and present tailored insurance quotes that align with specific household or business requirements.

Manage a consistent pipeline of prospects through networking and community engagement in the Lusby area.

Ensure all policy applications and documentation meet strict regulatory and internal quality standards.

Maintain open lines of communication with underwriters and claims departments to resolve issues quickly for our clients.

Participate in regular strategy sessions to refine sales techniques and improve overall customer retention.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.

Three years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advising.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.

Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities.
