Product Manager - Greensboro

Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in product management, project management, IT consulting, product development or support, business/system analysis, or a closely related discipline. Equivalent relevant work experience may be used in place of the degree requirement, and advanced degrees may count toward part of the experience requirement.
• We require at least two years of experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies and agile practices.
• We require at least one year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.

• We apply subject-matter expertise to complete work assignments and support business-driven projects, helping define work plans, meet priorities and deadlines, coordinate resources, follow procedures and policies, solve complex issues, escalate high-priority risks when needed, and identify improvement opportunities.

• We facilitate the product team and stakeholder groups throughout the product lifecycle by resolving dependencies and constraints, supporting product adoption with operations and market partners, coordinating training and readiness activities, leading feature demos, providing product expertise, and maintaining compliance and technology risk standards.
• We conduct internal and external discovery for new and existing products by partnering with business teams to identify needs, monitor market innovation, prototype and validate solutions with end users, and incorporate findings into the product roadmap.
• We track outcomes and key performance indicators by defining metrics, reviewing dashboards, assessing KPI alignment, and preparing reports, status updates, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• We partner with product team members to solve user problems by prioritizing the backlog across new development, non-functional needs, maintenance, support, and technical debt, while collaborating on user research, testing, experimentation, and design-thinking initiatives.
