Production Operator

Production Operator, Oak Creek
Pay Rate: $25.14 plus shift differential
Shift: 3pm-11:30pm
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including:
- Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.
- Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
- Ensure that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition.
- Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs.
- Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.
- Clean the equipment when needed.
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer the production materials between warehouse and working area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.
- Must be clean shaven to wear proper PPE.
