Acclaim Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our established and collegial ENT team at JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas. This position emphasizes a balanced, sustainable clinical practice within a supportive, physician-led environment. The role is well suited for surgeons who value worklife balance, predictable scheduling, strong collegial relationships, and reliable access to the operating room, while practicing comprehensive otolaryngology in a modern, well-resourced health system. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in both outpatient and surgical settings
• Opportunity for sub-specialty focus is present
• Perform a broad range of elective ENT surgical procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a respectful, professional environment
• Supervise and work alongside experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Participate in shared, compensated call coverage as outlined above
• Engage in teaching or academic activities as desired (not required)

Specific Qualifications Education & Training:

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency

Licensure & Certification:

• Eligible for or holder of an unrestricted Texas medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
