Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to provide school-based behavioral support within an Intermediate School in Brookhaven, PA. This is a W2 position for the 26/27 school year.

This position will primarily support students in the fourth through 8th grade.

• Provide behavioral support and intervention services to students within the autistic support program.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and school staff to support student needs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and guide interventions.
• Provide consultation and recommendations related to behavior, classroom strategies, and student support.
• Support the development and implementation of positive behavioral interventions.
• Communicate effectively with the educational team and participate in meetings as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential in Pennsylvania.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• School-based experience is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.
