You’ll work within a lean, collaborative team consisting of a Director, Analysts, and a Coordinator, providing exposure to leadership and room to grow into future management opportunities.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, influencing financial decisions, and taking ownership of critical reporting and forecasting functions.Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst Role:Lead budgeting and forecasting activities across a commercial real estate portfolio, supporting annual planning and ongoing financial performance management.Prepare monthly financial reports, analyze variances, identify trends, and communicate key insights to internal and client stakeholders.Support financial operations through accrual management, purchase order processing, and related administrative finance functions.Utilize financial systems, including PeopleSoft, to maintain accurate reporting, data integrity, and financial analysis.Create and distribute reporting dashboards and performance updates using Excel and Power BI.Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:2–5+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related field, with strong Excel skills and experience producing client-facing financial reports.Familiarity with PeopleSoft and the ability to quickly learn new financial systems and processes.Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality, or other service-based industries is a plus, as is exposure to Power BI or purchase order platforms such as Coupa.This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-oriented analyst who enjoys working directly with clients and wants a clear path toward future leadership opportunities
