Outpatient Pelvic Physical Therapist

Overview Department: OFIL OTHER PHYSICAL THERAPY Shift: Full-time Days-0700 to 330p x 3 days; 1030 to 700p x2days Facility: OFIL Homewood Therapy Location: US-IL-Homewood Responsibilities Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements. Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
2. Current state Physical Therapy license.
3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
