Key Responsibilities

• 
  Prospect and develop new commercial insurance opportunities
  
  



• 
  Build relationships with business owners, fleet operators, and transportation-related organizations
  
  



• 
  Generate leads through networking, referrals, and business development efforts
  
  



• 
  Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  
  



• 
  Prepare proposals, present coverage options, and close new business opportunities
  
  



• 
  Partner with internal teams to provide a high level of customer service and account support
  
  



• 
  Maintain and grow a consistent sales pipeline
  
  



• 
  Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients
  
  



• 
  Stay informed on market conditions, industry trends, and commercial insurance products

  Meet and exceed individual sales and growth goals
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
  
  



• 
  Insurance sales, business development, or account management experience
  
  



• 
  Transportation or trucking insurance experience preferred but not required
  
  



• 
  Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  
  



• 
  Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  
  



• 
  Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  
  



• 
  Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
  
  



• 
  Comfortable in a goal-oriented sales environment
  
  

Preferred Background

• 
  Commercial P&C sales experience
  
  



• 
  Transportation, logistics, trucking, or fleet industry exposure
  
  



• 
  Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales technology

  Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
