Float Teller Position

Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Teller at our Golden Valley branch. As a Float Teller, you may be asked to step in and assist at any other branch in the metro. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

What You Will Do:

• Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
• Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
• Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
• Grow with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities
• Enjoy working next to your Blaze teammates and managers helping each other to succeed
• Provide members with excellent service through face-to-face interactions on a daily basis

Your Schedule:

• This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

The salary range for this position is: $21.00-$23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
