Neuro ICU RN – Neuro/Stroke ICUShift: 12-hour nights, 18:45–07:15Contract Length: 13+ weeksMinimum 2 years Neuro ICU experience requiredTraveler experience requiredRequired certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSSExperience with ventilator management, EVD and lumbar drain care, ICP monitoring, and post-neurosurgery careEMR: EPICProvide specialized nursing care for patients in the Neuro ICUMonitor and manage patients with neuro critical care needs, including stroke and post-surgical careAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomesMaintain accurate patient records and documentationCOVID-19 vaccine: Not requiredFlu vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions only)Pre-start: Candidate must complete required lab/testing within 48 hours of signingOrientation: 24 hours (2 shifts: 2 days or 2 nights)Scrubs: Navy blue & white
