About Connexus Hub

Connexus Hub Inc. is a woman-owned small business delivering professional, analytical, and program management services to federal agencies. We are building a Washington, DC team to support real estate portfolio management, customer account management, and occupancy operations for a large multi-tenant federal office building.

About the Role

This role builds the dashboards, performance measures, management reports, and data controls that let leadership see occupancy, customer, and financial performance clearly and act on it.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain management dashboards covering occupancy, vacancy, utilization, tenant pipeline, agreement status, revenue forecasts, and open issues.
• Integrate information from occupancy, financial, customer, and facilities sources into consistent reporting.
• Establish data controls, quality checks, and audit trails across occupancy, financial, tenant, and spatial data.
• Produce concise, exception-based management reporting that identifies decisions needed, overdue actions, and emerging risks.
• Develop key performance indicators and support recurring management reviews.
• Support internal reviews, audits, and management inquiries with accurate underlying data.

What You Need

• Four years of data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or program performance experience.
• Experience integrating information from multiple sources.
• Ability to produce concise, exception-based management reporting.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, and strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience reporting on real estate, facilities, or workplace data.

Additional Information

• This position is based on site in Washington, DC during core business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Employment is conditioned on the candidate receiving a favorable security investigation for unescorted access to a federal facility. Candidates who already hold a security clearance are encouraged to note it, though a clearance is not required for this role.
