Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Jackson is a residential and acute treatment facility providing care to adolescents. Located in Jackson, TN. Perimeter Behavioral of Jackson's goal is to provide a responsive healing environment for patients and to inspire hope and contribute to health and well-being by providing the best care to every patient through integrated clinical practice, education, and compassion. The Nurse’s responsibilities include some of the following: Providing quality and excellent nursing care to assigned behavioral health children and adolescents Regularly assess, plan, implement and evaluate each resident’s care and produce a comprehensive nursing assessment care and current nursing care plan Develops measurable goals on the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan that are mutually set with the treatment team, and resident Complete daily progress notes for assigned residents Provides a safe, therapeutic environment that protects resident's rights Maintains professional relationshipwith patients, family members and the staff of the Facility Qualified candidates should have the following: Active RN license in the State of Tennessee or compact license Perimeter Healthcare is one of the leading behavioral health care providers in the country for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults.
