The ideal CRNA is comfortable working with meaningful independence and brings experience with OB anesthesia, regional blocks, and central line placement . Providers who are otherwise strong fits should not automatically rule themselves out based on one of those skills—the practice is willing to refresh or train the right candidate . Multiple coverage dates are available from late September through December 2026 , creating options for CRNAs interested in anything from targeted dates to recurring coverage throughout the fall and holiday season.
