Fall Analyst - Student Housing Investment & Analysis

University Partners in Dallas is seeking a Fall Analyst to assist in evaluating student housing investment opportunities, underwriting acquisitions, and asset management of the portfolio. You will perform financial modeling in Excel, analyze market trends, and support the deal team through due diligence and preparation of investment committee materials.
