Operations Administrator
Pay: $23 - $27/HR

Operations Administrators keep employee records accurate and onboarding seamless, directly supporting our Operations and HR team.
What You'll Do
- Process onboarding, status changes, and terminations
- Maintain personnel files and prepare employment forms, including I-9 and onboarding documentation
- Support benefits enrollment documentation and track training/license/certification requirements
- Support HR reporting and audit preparation
- Respond to employee inquiries and coordinate HR calendars
- Travel to various locations in the Inland Empire to provide operational and HR support to location managers.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of administrative/HR and/operations support experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Pay & Schedule
- Monday - Friday, standard business hours
