Position Overview Pharmacy Technicians at Hayat Pharmacy support pharmacists and ensure patients receive safe, accurate, and timely prescriptions. The role involves prescription processing, inventory management, and customer service while maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. Position Responsibilities Process and fill prescriptions accurately under the supervision of a pharmacist Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Prepare, label, and package medications Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels Check for expired medications and follow pharmacy safety procedures Help open and close the pharmacy, including preparing equipment and workstations Assist with payments and data entry using the pharmacy system Support the pharmacy team with daily operations and other assigned tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Dependable and patient‑focused attitude Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point‑of‑sale systems Ability to travel up to 70 percent of the time Why You Will Love Working Here Consistent hours and supportive leadership Opportunities for growth and advancement Inclusive, team‑based environment A chance to make a direct impact on patient health and community well‑being Hayat Pharmacy is an equal opportunity employer.
