Quick Facts Location: Bristol, Tennessee Start Date: 08/01/2026 Duration: Ongoing Shift: 24-hour on-call shifts (Monday 7 am to Monday 7 am) Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours/week plus call Employment Type: Per Diem License/Certs: Tennessee Medical License, IMLC accepted, ACLS/BLS required, DEA Tennessee Experience: Extensive experience in GI and ERCP procedures needed Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $4,290 per 24-hour shift ($550/hr for call-back) Weekly Pay: Via direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and other applicable reimbursements Additional Perks: Robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, and a dedicated team supporting your success What You’ll Do Provide specialized GI consultations and procedures to adult patients, including younger patients when applicable Perform ERCP and all general GI procedures with Olympus equipment Support OR and endoscopy staff during procedures in BRMC or HVMC Support rounding and patient management as needed Manage approximately 5-6 procedures daily in a high-volume setting Participate in 24-hour call coverage, including weekends, with minimal after-hours onsite work, primarily phone consults Use EPIC EMR system for documentation and record-keeping What You Need Required: Board Certification in Gastroenterology, Tennessee license or IMLC, ACLS/BLS certification, DEA license (TN) Preferred: Experience with endoscopy procedures using Olympus equipment, ERCP expertise, CSR (certified surgery reviewer) credential Experience: Proven proficiency in general GI and ERCP cases Skills: Flexibility for EUS scheduling, ability to manage adult and pediatric patients as needed About the Assignment This assignment involves providing comprehensive gastroenterology care at a reputable hospital in Bristol, TN.
