Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients' mental health conditions and personal histories, which will inform treatment strategies. \n
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy. \n
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute personalized treatment plans that consider their unique goals and preferences, adjusting them as necessary based on progress and feedback. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and remain current on industry best practices. \n
- Develop trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and foster emotional growth. \n
- Educate clients on practical strategies to navigate life's challenges while providing ongoing support and advocating for their mental health needs. \n
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mental Daybreak, you'll work with a diverse array of clients including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our client base is varied, encompassing different ages, backgrounds, and life circumstances, which provides a rich tapestry of experiences and challenges with which to engage. You will play a crucial role in helping these clients achieve personal insights and positive outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical practice, with a preference for experience in a private practice setting. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills including assessment, treatment formulation, and delivering therapeutic interventions. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills marked by empathy, active listening, and professional rapport-building. \n

- Experience with multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with collaborative care models. \n
- Training in emerging therapeutic modalities and methods. \n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses.
