Contact Care Line
CONTACT Care Line is East Tennessee’s first crisis hotline. Our 988 Crisis Program provides text and phone support. Crisis Counselors assess suicide risk, offer compassionate support, document thoroughly, and collaborate with visitors to create safety plans. This is a fully remote, full-time role with 40 hours per week; weekend shifts are required. Our team values mutual support and professional growth. You will engage in follow-ups, adhere to policies, complete training, and document accurately #J-18808-Ljbffr
