Hartland Park Health & Rehabilitation | Lexington, Kentucky Full-Time, Monday-Friday; 8AM-430PM Position Summary: The Activities Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of engaging recreational and therapeutic activities for residents in a skilled nursing facility. This role helps enhance residents’ quality of life by promoting social interaction, physical activity, and emotional well-being.
