Brokerage Complaints Specialist

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $29 - $33 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate with a background supporting customers with brokerage support questions and complaints. This team specifically supports Operational & Service complaints.

The accounts that are being supported are either self-directed or serviced by a financial advisor.

• Retirement, non-retirement, Trust, business, custodial accounts are examples.
• Accounts values can be of any amount

Examples of Operational & Service complaints can be:

• Account maintenance/opening
• Trading
• Website logon
• Account restrictions
• Estate processing
• Fees
• Money movement

Skills

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 2 years
• Experience level: Experienced
