Primary duties:
- Must have electrical, plumbing, and basic construction experience; troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of equipment, buildings and facilities; seasonal landscaping, grounds keeping and snow removal.
- Frequent contact occurs with Oaklawn personnel in the performance of duties.
- External contact with vendors and service providers.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical/medical/legal information.
- Ability to respond to routine inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- In absence of high school diploma, minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required
- Must have a valid driver's license
