Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Secure Health Counseling, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate dynamic group sessions where clients can share their experiences, providing mutual support and facilitating connection among participants.

• Individual Therapy: Deliver empathetic and personalized counseling sessions, helping clients explore their emotions and develop effective coping strategies tailored to their unique situations.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with each client to formulate individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and address their specific mental health needs, preferences, and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans in accordance with their evolving needs.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with an experienced team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights, coordinating care, and consulting on complex cases to ensure the highest quality outcomes for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Your ability to connect with clients and create a safe space will be instrumental in fostering their healing process. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Licensure: Hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• Mental Health Experience: Demonstrated experience working with clients in residential or outpatient mental health settings, specifically in treating mood disorders.

• Team Collaboration: A proactive, cooperative approach to teamwork with a passion for promoting positive change.

• Clinical Expertise: Proficient in evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy, with strong documentation skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches, experience in telehealth, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems which enhance client engagement and streamline documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Secure Health Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
