As an employer, we seek to provide an environment of growth and development for our employees that is consistent with recognizing the rights, needs, and wants of all people.Qualifications:Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug ScreeningsMust possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver statusMust possess basic computer skillsMust possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Services fieldMust have at least one year experience working in the field of intellectual/developmental disabilitiesExperience in writing program plans, case notes or other relevant documentation preferredEssential Functions:Oversees and coordinates the Program Plan of each individual and ensures it aligns with the individual's needs and desiresCreates positive, collaborative communication with all disciplines and team membersEnsures that Program Plans and documentation are completed in accordance with all regulatory agenciesAssists in monitoring and training of staff and relevant parties to ensure accurate, implementation and documentation of training, support and behavior programs as required by the individuals’ plansResponsible for assisting individuals to apply for third party benefits such as Medicaid and MedicarePerforms all other duties as assignedThis position will remain open until filled.
