Paralegal Legal Assistant

Job Description We have an opening for a full-time paralegal/legal assistant to work in our Wilmington & Bear office handling mainly Estate and Probate cases. The paralegal/legal assistant supports the attorney in preparing and organizing the cases documents and managing client communications. This role involves detailed record‑keeping and collaboration to facilitate efficient estate planning and administration processes. Responsibilities Prepare and organize documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, including petitions, notices, and inventories Assist attorneys with client interviews and information gathering Maintain and update client files and records Coordinate with financial institutions and other third parties as needed Facilitate communication between clients and attorneys Schedule appointments and manage case timelines Must be able to handle significant interaction with clients daily. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Bilingual a plus. An associate's degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred. Pay to commensurate with experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
