Apartment communities in the Tampa Bay Area are hiring experienced multifamily professionals for Leasing Consultant and Assistant Property Manager roles. If you already know how to close leases, handle renewals and keep an office running, we'll match you to the role and community that fit your experience. Immediate interviews; community details shared during the interview.
What you'll do (depending on role):
- Tour prospects, close leases, and follow up on leads
- Handle renewals, move-ins/move-outs, and resident communication
- Support rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and reporting (APM)
- Help manage the office and support the Property Manager (APM)
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year apartment leasing experience (required)
- Experience with Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or AppFolio
- APM candidates: collections, renewals, or office lead experience
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability as scheduled
