Picture your day beginning in a well-equipped toolroom, where precision and craftsmanship guide each decision. As a Precision Tooling & Die Fabrication Specialist working on-site with our manufacturing partner, you’ll turn complex drawings and I.G.E.S. files into production-ready tools and dies—then see them perform on the floor. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity designed for makers who own their craft and want a path to long-term impact.

What you’ll handle

• Build, modify, and repair tools, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, and specialty machinery to exact specifications.
• Run the full suite of toolroom equipment—and coach others on safe, effective operation.
• Independently take tools from drawing or I.G.E.S. file through final assembly, following established methods.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams, vendors, and customers to ensure quality and throughput.
• Troubleshoot tool repairs and accelerate vendor-supported fixes when needed.

What you bring

• Journeyman card or 8+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Proven ability to produce tooling directly from drawings or I.G.E.S. files using proper practices.
• Expert measurement skills with a track record of machining to tight tolerances.
• Comfort operating CNC machinery, mills, lathes, grinders, drills, and heat-treat equipment.

• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
• Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
