Pain Management Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a part-time BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pain Management team in O'Fallon, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Practice highlights:

• Part-time position Fridays only. No holiday or weekend work.
• Well established, growing practice
• Dedicated support staff to assist with practice flow

Position requirements:

• Unrestricted Illinois license and DEA prior to start
• Board certified
• 2+ years of practice experience as an NP or PA is preferred, but not required.

Compensation & benefits package:

• Hourly rate of $63.69
• Fridays only
• Sign on bonus

Core function: Provider education qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing plus 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Doctoral degree in nursing is preferred.

Experience qualifications:

• Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.

Certifications, licenses, and registrations:

• Licensed in the state of practice as advanced practice registered nurse is required.
• Wisconsin department of safety and professional services (WDSPS) or
• Illinois department of financial and professional regulation (IDFPR)
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is required.
• Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
• Controlled substance license in state of practice is preferred.
• Federal DEA license is preferred.
• Neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) certification is preferred.
