Search Engine Optimization Specialist

**Leadspring is a results-driven affiliate SEO agency built on quality, communication, and teamwork.** We're a fast-growing company looking for a **Project Manager** who can help us deliver excellence across our SEO and e-commerce projects.

**As a Project Manager at Leadspring, you'll oversee SEO campaigns, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure that all deliverables meet our high standards. While your main focus will be on SEO project management (especially for Shopify and e-commerce sites),** you'll also supervise and coordinate with our **paid ads team** to maintain strategic alignment across channels.

**Please note that this position is open exclusively to candidates based in Serbia, as we are currently hiring Serbian professionals only.**

**Qualifications & Competencies:**

* ✅ **Driven, motivated, and detail-oriented**
* ✅ **Strong leadership and communication skills**
* ✅ **Highly proficient in English** (fluency preferred)
* ✅ **Advance-level SEO experience,** with proven results in **Shopify and e-commerce SEO**
* ✅ **Basic to intermediate understanding of paid advertising** (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
* ✅ **Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously**
* ✅ **Able to thrive under pressure** and adapt quickly to changing priorities

**Compensation & Benefits:**

* ✅ **Starting salary:** USD **$1000-1500/month** depending on skills/experience (full-time, 40 hours/week)
* ✅ **Flexible working hours** (regular business hours preferred)
* ✅ **Performance reviews** every 3 months (after the 6-month mark) for potential salary increases
* ✅ **Profit Share** once certain traffic and revenue KPIs are met (to be negotiated)
