Production Supervisor

Job TitleSupervise the day to day production activities and communicate production priorities to operators and technicians. Ensure personnel are punctual and maintain attendance & timekeeping records. Make weekly payroll entries. Enforce company policies and fairly apply existing labor contract to all matters of discipline or attendance. Ensure personnel maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment. Communicate equipment, safety, process related issues to the appropriate staff as required. Review thermal processing equipment to ensure critical process parameters are met. Read, comprehend all relevant work instructions to ensure personnel are accomplishing production processes to established standards. Perform Skills audits to make sure training is accurate and successful. Perform 6S, process, training audits as required.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time position that alternates weekly between 3x12 (Friday - Sunday, 6 am - 6 pm) and 4x12 (Thursday - Sunday, 6 am - 6 pm) schedules. Relevant experience can be considered as substitute for degree. Minimum 5 yr. experience supervising employees.
