Youll work as part of a collaborative team to ensure every guest enjoys the same high-quality food and service that has made Capriottis a fan favorite nationwide./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude/liliTake guest orders accurately and efficiently at the register or drive-thru (where applicable)/liliPrepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Capriottis recipes and standards/liliMaintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms/liliEnsure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times/liliHandle cash and credit transactions responsibly and accurately/liliWork collaboratively with team members and management to create a positive, high-energy environment/liliComplete assigned training programs and participate in ongoing skill development/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMust be at least 16 years of age/liliStrong communication and customer service skills/liliAbility to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment/liliDependable, adaptable, and team-oriented/liliBasic math skills (for cash handling and inventory)/liliWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays/liliPositive attitude and commitment to Capriottis standards of Quality, Passion, and Pride/li/ulpAt Capriottis, youll find more than just a jobyoull discover a place to learn, grow, and belong.
